Reframe is a personal, unofficial tool. By installing and using it, you agree to these terms.

Not medical advice

Reframe is not a medical device, therapy app, or clinical service. It is a private journaling tool for noticing and challenging unhelpful thought patterns. It is not a substitute for evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed mental-health professional.

If you are in crisis or having thoughts of harming yourself or others, please contact 988 (Canada and US wide), or 1-800-SUICIDE (BC-specific). In the US, dial or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. In emergency situations, please call 911.

As-is, no warranty

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The author makes no representation about the suitability, accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any reflective content. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the author shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, emotional distress, or any other direct or consequential damages.

Your data is yours

You own everything you write in the app. The app stores it on your device. You can export, restore, or delete it at any time.

Open source dependencies

This app uses open-source libraries listed in package.json, each under their respective licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, BSD).

Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be called out in release notes.
